YUMMY VEGAN MEAL IDEAS FOR UNDER £1!

DISCLAIMER: I'm not going to be getting a job as a food photographer any time soon or, more importantly, as a chef. Rather than trying to show off (a distinct lack of) any photography expertise or elaborate cooking skills with fancy ingredients, I have taken some quick snaps of the meals we've been eating in our house over the past few weeks. Minimal funding, time or precision has gone into them but they are all super tasty and with each meal costing less than £1 per portion, they have been perfect for us students. With any luck, it will be a little insight into what we make with our vegan essentials (see our previous post) and even inspire some people who are bored of pasta or humous!
